Different E-mail programs have different methods to access the account settings. The first step is to identify the program you are using to check your E-mail and work from there. Below is a list of common E-mail Clients with the icon you may use to launch the program. Hopefully this will assist you in identifying your program.

After you know the program you can click on its icon to jump down the page for information on how to access the account settings for that program. If you still need more assistance, you may contact support 24/7 to receive further assistance.

If you know what your’re doing or don’t need guided configuration steps, then the available protocols and ports are referenced HERE.

Finding account settings in Thunderbird varies a bit by version.

If you are running an older version of Thunderbird that has menus at the top, you select the Tools menu and the Account Settings menu.
Thunderbird Tools Settings

On newer versions of Thunderbird all of the menus are compressed into an icon of three parallel, horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the top toolbar – We refer to this icon as the “hamburger.” Click on the hamburger, select Options, and then Account Settings.
